Haha. I think pot holes are the solution to speeding. Coz when everyone knows there's a pot hole, they'll slow down. After everyone's mind is preset with the "got pot hole - must slow down" thinking, they can just patch the hole and tadaaahh! we've got a beautiful road with non-speeding cars. lol. too bad that's not the case lerr

Hahaha...pot holes are a real pain in the butt. It is prolly one of the main factors of the rise in accident rates. >.<
But one thing is for sure - Speed bumps are created to annoy people behind you when you go extremely slow at bumps!! xD
