But for the past week, I've learned a few new things! Which includes an organization which does nothing useful but still exist and a few words that you might just find useful in your daily lives!
Here's the list:
fatwa - Pronounced in cantonese as fai-wah, other pronounciations unavailable;
Description: An organization that exists in our Bolehland due to the insecure nature of some
Such a considerate organization. I think they are fulfilling their social responsibilty quota everyday. Heck, they can sell SR credits if it ever exists! No wonder Bolehland is such a nice place to live in. =D
yogaban (noun) - Pronouced as it is.;
Description: Banning something for no good/solid/logical/sound reason at all.
Example: I cannot attend the ceremony anymore because it was yogabanned last week.
Wow, when this word gets into the dictionary, we humans have just proved that we have achieved another milestone of the homosapiens' evolution - to somewhere right after the primates stage. =X
rafidah - Pronounced rrr-afraid-dah;
Description: Being afraid of someone/something that can jeopardise ones' position of/ quest for power.
Example: The king is feeling rafidah because his advisors tells him that his brother is trying to overthrow him.
If this word existed in the past, we would see many publications using this word over and over again. Because is cleverly describes the insecure feeling and reluctance to face challenge from an opposition of the person in power now. Further research on this word may also include "making a big fuss out of a small thing" into its current description.
Oh well, that's the end of this post. Hope you guys/gals liked/hated it. Haha.
P.S. Hope I'll still be around after publishing this post! I don't know if "It's your fault" will come and yogaban me or this blog. =X
